Our Lubbock Team specializes in Home Training & Support Services. We are located at 3626 50th Street in Suite B. We opened our doors in 2019 and are still the ONLY stand-alone training center in Lubbock Texas!

We are an experienced provider of SNF Dialysis services. We work in collaboration with each skilled nursing facility from admission, treatment to discharge. We take short term, long term, and Skilled Rehab patients. Our facility has one of the lowest hospitalization, catheter, blood transfusion & infection rates among all SNF Dialysis facilities in Texas. (Per ESRD Network 14).
